TT-95

For applications where finish and whiteness matter most

TT-95 is a premium levigated china clay with high purity, excellent plasticity, fine particle size and superior fired whiteness. It supports applications where surface finish, strength and processing consistency are critical.

For Premium Ceramic Tiles

TT-95 is the first grade to evaluate where premium fired whiteness and a fine particle fraction are important to the tile body or surface requirement.

When higher fired whiteness and premium visual finish are the priority

TT-95 has the highest published fired-whiteness value in the range.

TT-75 can be evaluated where its overall body and firing performance meets the tile requirement.

K-92 is positioned for selected industrial and formulated applications rather than premium fired ceramic performance.

When fine particle distribution is an important selection parameter

TT-95 publishes 70 ±2% particles below 2 microns and is the first grade to evaluate where a finer fraction is important.

TT-75 is described as a fine-particle industrial grade and can be trialled against the required body behaviour.

K-92 does not currently publish the ceramic particle indicators used to position TT-95 and TT-75.

When plasticity and production handling matter more than premium whiteness

TT-95 includes excellent plasticity, but its main published advantage is premium whiteness and fine particle content.

TT-75 is positioned around excellent plasticity and strong green strength for dependable production.

K-92 is not the primary grade positioned for ceramic forming behaviour.

Final suitability should be confirmed through your own application evaluation or trial.
